Two French Cult Beauty Product Trys

Beauty

I’m working my way through French Beauty products that seem to have major followings. I’ve already tried the Bioderma Micellar H20 and I’m never looking back. Micellar water is great for cleansing the face.

Now I’ve been using Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse. It’s a dry oil that works for face, body, and hair. This oil has now replaced my body lotion. I just wish I had bought the bigger bottle.

The second product is CaudalĂe Beauty Elixir. I see this elixir everywhere on beauty blogs. I was a little nervous to try this because my skin is so sensitive, but no pain no gain. You can use it as toner, to set your makeup, or simply as a refresher midday. It contains different oils/essences that are supposed to be healthy for your skin.

I began using it as a toner right after my micellar water. It feels cool, smells great, and I could definitely feel my skin tingling. I began using it midday too, giving myself a spritz when my skin started feeling a little greasy/dirty. I might be becoming addicted. Hence, why my bottle is almost empty in this picture. I will definitely be purchasing this again.

BTW: My sensitive skin had no reaction to this product. However, I did use it one time immediately after exfoliation and the tingling felt a bit more like stinging. I won’t be doing that again.
