This Keto pizza crust tastes just like real pizza crust and I am super happy.
Preheat oven 400F
In a sauce pan on low heat, mix together well until dough forms.
- 3/4 fine Almond flour
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
On a pizza pan/cookie sheet between 2 pieces of parchment paper, roll dough out. Slide dough off of parchment and onto pan. (I didn’t bother with the parchment on the bottom. I simply oiled the pizza pan and rolled it with only a piece of parchment paper on top.)
Put holes in dough using a fork and cook pizza crust for 6-8 minutes.(My crust did not turn out as crispy as I like it. Next time I will cook it for closer to 12 minutes.)
Take crust out of oven and lower the temperature to 350F. Let pizza crust cool for approx 10 minutes.
Add toppings and put pizza back into the oven for approx 5-10 minutes or until cheese topping melted.
