December 23rd in Monterrey Mexico was an election day to vote for the mayor. It was a repeat vote due to the original voting scores had a less than 1% difference. Sr. Elizondo was sure to do his duty.
The voting booth was located in the front garage area of a private citizen.
A nice little perk was if you showed your inked thumb in an Oxxo, you could get a free coffee. Thumbs up to that!
