On a scale of 1-10, everything I cook/make is probably a 4 on the difficulty scale. This fruit dip is probably a 2 and that’s only because a mixer can be slightly dangerous in some hands.
EVERYBODY loves it. I’m serving it with brownie bites this year, instead of fruit.
Cream cheese + Marshmallow Creme + Lemon = Magic
- 1 jar of marshmallow cream
- 1 lg or 2 smaller cream cheese bricks (basically it should be half marshmallow and half cream cheese. Adjust as needed.)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Use a mixer and blend. You’re done.
