Easy Pita for Lunch

Not the prettiest picture, but it was so good it deserved a post.

This is so simple. Preheat oven 400f. Spread some olive oil on a pita. Add gruyere cheese, bacon, tomato, thyme, salt & pepper. Bake until cheese has melted.

I had this with a cup of veggie soup I made a couple days ago. It was a perfect lunch.
