Topo Chico is a mineral water from the thermal springs in the hills of Monterrey Mexico, and it’s seriously good! It has a crisp clean taste with just the right amount of fizz. The NY Times even wrote an article about it, so the word is getting out.
My favorite way to drink it is as a lemonade (a la Sr. Elizondo). All you need to do is add the juice from one small lime and one stevia packet (or your choice of sweetener). This is a great drink for summer. Salud!
“They” say it’s a great hangover cure as well, though I haven’t tested this. 😉
