Have you heard of Matcha? It’s a green tea from China. The benefits of this tea are numerous: FULL of antioxidants, boosts metabolism, lowers cholesterol and blood sugar, enhances mood…the list goes on. Now I’ve tried matcha tea, but could never get past the bitterness, even with sweetener. However, I have discovered the Matcha Latte and it’s delicious. A creamy tea with a hint of sweetness. It’s now become my early afternoon daily drink. Try it!
- 2 cups Vanilla Almond Milk light
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Honey or Agave syrup to taste
Blend in blender. 2 servings. Enjoy.
(I double this and keep it in the refrigerator. Lasts for 3 days.)
